Who We Are

Daniel B. Faizakoff P.C. is a premier boutique law firm serving families, entrepreneurs, and closely-held businesses in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Founded in 2003, we have spent over two decades building a practice focused on one thing: being the kind of thoughtful, responsive legal advisor our clients wish every lawyer would be.

We are not trying to be everything to everyone. We have chosen three disciplines — estate planning, estate administration & probate, and small business & corporate law — and we concentrate on doing those things at a very high level. We decline matters outside our core practice and refer them to lawyers we trust.

Our philosophy is simple. Clients retain us because they want a thoughtful advisor a single phone call away — someone who knows their business, understands their family, and treats their matter with the urgency it deserves.

The People

Our team is deliberately small and deeply experienced. Between them, our attorneys bring over sixty combined years of practice spanning corporate, estate, tax, securities, and transactional law. They have worked at the SEC, defended Fortune 500 corporations, represented major real estate developers, and counseled clients through some of the most consequential moments in their lives.

We maintain offices in midtown Manhattan and Stamford, Connecticut, serving clients throughout the tri-state region. Many of our clients prefer to meet virtually; we are happy to work however is easiest for you.
